My friend told me about your platform and how safe it is, so l’m here to share my story.I got married 2 years ago and before I got married, my husband told me to quit my Job as a banker because he doesn’t want his wife to work especially in the bank and that he will start a business for me.

When we got married, he said I should give him 6months and that he will set up my business. 6 Months came and I was already pregnant. He came up with another excuse of me being pregnant and I should give birth. I gave birth and this man still didn’t do anything.

Two years later, I’m pregnant again and same story for me being pregnant and I should give birth. I ask him for everything, sometimes he get angry that I ask him for things because I have no business or job. Recently, I was searching for online Jobs I can do, immediately he found out, he started giving me the silent treatment, he doesn’t talk to me, he only plays with his daughter and just ignores me. When I asked him what the problem was, he said why I was looking for a business to do without telling him. I told him I’m use to working and can’t be idle.

I need a job or start a business. He said he doesn’t want me to work and that I should focus on being a mum and wife and forget about business or Job. Since he said that to me, I haven’t been okay. I’m getting frustrated and I’m pregnant. I don’t even know what to do or how to handle a situation like this. This man lied to me about setting up a business for me and now it’s a different story. I have spent all my savings.

My mum is late and I have just my dad and a step mum. I’m the only child of my mother. My friend warned me about this guy but I thought she was just jealous of me and now I see the reason why. please Oma, how do I handle a situation like this? You can post too.
